Service & Diagnostic Call

Is your pool equipment making strange noises, failing to turn on, or flashing error codes? Guessing the problem can lead to unnecessary and expensive parts replacements. Let our experts pinpoint the exact issue so you can get back to swimming.

Our Service & Diagnostic Call is a dedicated troubleshooting visit designed to identify the root cause of your pool system's malfunction. Whether it's a pump that won't prime, a heater that won't ignite, or a faulty automation system, our trained technicians will thoroughly inspect your equipment and provide a clear path forward.

What this service includes:

On-Site Troubleshooting: A comprehensive inspection of your problematic equipment, plumbing, and electrical connections at the pad.
System Testing: Diagnostic testing of pumps, heaters, salt cells, valves, and automation panels to isolate the exact point of failure.
Detailed Repair Quote: A transparent, itemized estimate for the required repair or replacement parts.
Expert Advice: Clear communication regarding the condition of your equipment and honest guidance on whether a repair or a full replacement is the most cost-effective option.

Note: The standard diagnostic fee covers our time and expertise to travel to your property and find the problem. If you choose to approve the quoted repair, this initial diagnostic fee will be fully credited toward your final balance.
