consultations break down on 3 sessions before the wedding day to discuss all the parts of the event.

Three pre-wedding consultations
Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

On the event day we are present

Up to eight hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
Providing an emergency kit
Returning all items belonging to wedding party to the assigned person
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

For locations more than 20 miles away from the NYC radius, a 60 cents per mile charge will be added to the package prices.

Hotel accommodation expenses may also be incurred for locations more than 25 miles away from the NYC.

**Additional on-site coordinator, $50.00/hour**(applies on events of 150+ guests)

Flower varieties and colors are subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted with equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and palette. Booking Policy Securing Your Date A booking is confirmed only once a signed agreement (if applicable) and the required retainer are received. Dates are not held without payment.
