Sun & Moon Event Design Packages

1. Basic Package – “Essential Elegance” up to 10 hours

Perfect for intimate events or clients who want guidance with the core elements.
Includes:

• Initial consultation to understand vision and theme
   
• Assistance with layout, tables, and seating design
   
• Basic décor plan (color palette, table accents, floral recommendations)
   
• Vendor recommendations (optional)
   
• Setup guidance
   

Ideal for: Small gatherings, birthday parties, or minimalistic events

2. Standard Package – “Curated Experience” up to 15 hours 

For a fuller, more personalized event design with moderate execution support.
Includes:

• Everything in the Basic Package 
• Custom floral arrangements and décor concepts tailored to your theme 
• Room/space layout design with furniture, tables, and décor placement
• Designing a layout  
• Coordinated color palette, lighting, and tabletop styling 
• Vendor coordination and recommendations 
• Partial setup support
   

Ideal for: Medium-sized events, engagement parties, showers, or intimate weddings

3. Premium Package – “Luxury Celebration” 25 hours or more 

The ultimate, fully designed and executed experience.
Includes:

• Everything in Standard Package 
• Full-scale floral design and décor installations (arches, backdrops, centerpieces, room décor) 
• Complete event styling, including lighting, table settings, signage, and ambiance 
• Vendor management and day-of coordination 
• Personalized touches (custom décor, themes, or experiences) 
• Full setup and teardown support
