We are constantly making changes to better the working environment for our employees and to make sure we can deliver a better service for our customers. We will also use your products if requested.
No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable, we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly, they do have a schedule though so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.
There are a few ways that you can let our crew in. One way would be an extra key. You could leave the key at our office, we handle all keys professionally and securely, or you could leave a key hidden near your front door with instructions on where to find it, such as under the mat, or in the planter. We also can use garage openers or codes. We assure you that all the information and keys you provide us will be handled securely and returned to you if you ever discontinue service. However, if we cannot enter your house or the key is nowhere to be found, you will be charged a lockout fee.

Jimmy Matthiesen9 months agoI had hired Ray Sunshine Cleaning Services for a Deep Clean in December 2025. Their deep clean service was extremely thorough and addressed some key problem areas (dusty baseboards, hardwood floors, an extremely furry golden retriever, etc.). The cleaners were respectful and not disruptive while I worked from home. They were excellent with my dog. I would recommend this company and intend to use them for reoccurring cleanings in the future.

I needed a last-minute deep clean for my home to welcome some guests and Cheryl Ann (the owner) came through in a big way, took care of the cleaning herself! From the moment I reached out, she was responsive, friendly, and accommodating - she also quickly understood the urgency of my request and didn’t hesitate to come to the house to check it out before confirming she could get it done. She confirmed she would the same day, and right on time she delivered. Cheryl was friendly, professional, thorough, and left my home sparkling. I was surprised when I saw the results, she tackled every corner and made sure every single dog hair (yes, I have a heavy shedder) was gone. was genuinely impressed by how much care she took and her attention to detail. Sarah Gomeza year agoCheryl and company have been my bi-weekly cleaners for over two years. They are probably my fourth company over a decade, but I’ve finally found the one! Scheduling and payment is easy and reliable. Cheryl is flexible when I need to shift a day and always communicates if there is a lateness or delay. The crew who does my house sometimes changes, but whenever it is a new crew, Cheryl herself accompanies them for at least the first cleaning to make sure they are totally clear on how to handle my house. Cheryl is always available for feedback and truly works to keep her clients and her team happy!
