Vladimir Portnoi
Smoked mackerel with pickled tom yum cucumbers. A flavorful salad made with tender smoked mackerel, baby potatoes, fresh spinach leaves, and pickled cucumbers marinated in Tom Yum spices. Lightly dressed and balanced, this dish blends smoky, herbal, and tangy notes — a signature fusion of European tradition and Asian brightness.
