I have been trying to use my groupon since June. I have emailed and called and no one has ever replied. When Groupon called them ,they said they would honor the voucher. How can you honor it,if you don’t answer the phone or any of the emails. I feel like I am being scammed. I left many voice mail message and none were returned. I also filled out the information on your website and didn’t receive a call from that either. Something is not kosher here.

I LOVE my hair. Honestly haven't gotten a good haircut from anywhere in a while. Done quickly too, but still carefully. Decent prices. Her and her husband are good people and work so well together. Thanks again!

First off, I am picky on whom cuts my hair or touches my hair. Anywho, I found this place when I use to work around there and it was close to work. The owner there, Lorena, she was very friendly and kind and understanding of how I wanted my hair cut. And even gave me suggestions for future. I’ve been going to her for the last four years, every time I leave her place my hair feels very light and natural and I’m so lovin’ it. She’s very flexible with the schedule too. This year I have done something unlike me, and had my hair color and cut shorter.. still miss my natural black hair.. Lorena say, it’ll grow back soon, lol.. anyways, she’s the best, she listens and the hair washing and blow dry and styling , I feel wonderful every time I leave the salon.

My long time go to salon sadly closed it's doors recently - while searching for a new salon I discovered Vell Garnet on accident . While not a big deal to some , I have had my hair DESTROYED by inexperienced people in the past so I was really concerned what to expect . The salon is small and somewhat hidden if your not looking for it , However the service I received I can not say enough about . The salon is a cute 3 seater so there is never over crowding and you are always the focus of attention :) Lorena and her husband are amazing people , great conversation , personable , friendly but most of all EXPERIENCED !! When I left I couldn't get over how amazing my hair looked , I NEVER allow anyone to cut my hair first visit - Lorena not only designed a beautiful color but the perfect cut . This salon truly is a diamond in the rough , please if you are looking for a new salon check them out - I promise they will exceed your expectations !
