Today was the first time I’ve ordered from Unforgettable Floral Designs and I have officially discovered my new favorite florist! Everything was seamless (ordering, paying, delivery, etc.) and done with care. Not to mention their flowers are absolutely beautiful!

Where to even start. So many compliments I have. I placed an order online late last night for delivery to a local hospital today. I chose a Designer's Choice item and I'm so glad I did. The arrangement is the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever ordered from a florist.. EVER! I actually chose the wrong kind and it wasn't going to have a vase. They called me to make sure that's what I wanted. It wasn't so I'm extremely grateful that they took the time instead of just filling the order I placed. Right there, I was super impressed but it just got better. I'm hoping I can leave pictures here of the arrangement because it is so VERY gorgeous and deserves a moment:) I worked with the most kind man named Milton who went over and above to help me. Customer service was Five star, A+... OUTSTANDING. I've spent my whole life working in customer service and these days it's lacking. Not here. If you need to order a flower arrangement and don't want the worry of what it's going to look like or if it's going to arrive at your destination, look no further. When they attempted my delivery, to the hospital that I put on the order, my friend had been moved to a different hospital and I didn't know. They handled it!!!! They drove across town to another hospital with the delivery. No calling me in disappointment, zero complaints... I received a message saying that my friend was no longer at the original hospital and had been moved to different hospital. The message said not to worry, we took care of it... Just wow.... Who does that?? No one.. I could go on all day. I am so pleased that I want to share with anyone in this area looking for a florist. This was a tremendous win and I'm so grateful. Thank you so much Milton and staff at Unforgettable! Definitely will never forget this experience.

I live out of state and wanted to send a living arrangement to a client in Cape Coral. I found Unforgettable Floral Designs online and was impressed by the beautiful arrangements posted on their Facebook page. When I called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even sent me photos of the living arrangements he had available so I could choose the one I liked best, which I really appreciated since I couldn’t see them in person. They were also able to deliver the arrangement the same day, which made the experience even better. My client absolutely loves it and even sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement in her home. Excellent customer service, gorgeous arrangements, and a seamless experience from out of state. I highly recommend! 🌿💐

This is the best florist I’ve ever encountered. She surpasses every florist I’ve ever seen. Minerva is a professional and an artist in her craft. She has a heart of gold and will diligently work hard to make your special day the most beautiful and special, memorable one. She made my wedding reception a dream come true. All of my guests raved about just how beautiful the flowers were. This florist is hands down the best and she will make your dreams come true. I recommend her with all my heart.
