We walked in the day before a funeral and had very specific requests. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped us put together exactly what we had envisioned. They went above and beyond - highly recommend.

I never really leave reviews, because it always slips my mind and I don’t really think about it…but this one was well deserved. I went to an event about a 2 years ago in priceville and they had a pop up tent selling some things. I bought an item or 2 and I asked if they did grave arrangements and they gave me a business card. I kept up with it because we always buy flowers for decoration day, parties, etc. anyways, I went up there a couple of weeks ago to pick out and order some flowers for my grandfathers grave. I’m not sure of the names of the people that were working because I’m horrible with names but the lady was so sweet and showed me so many examples, went over prices, etc. they made me feel so welcome and I didn’t feel rushed at all even though they were so busy. I went back to pick them up and they were even more beautiful than I imagined and even carried them to my car. I also bought 2 more vase flowers while I was there for another grave and again, even though they were busy…they still had fantastic customer service and was so helpful. Every single person in there was working hard and was so friendly. As a business owner myself, I care more about good customer service than I do anything else. You guys do such great work and I appreciate everything. I will definitely keep you in mind again next year :)

I highly recommend this florist. I ordered flowers for a family member for Valentines. There was a mix up on my part with providing the correct information and the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Upon contacting Margaret she apologized and had a beautiful arrangement of flowers sent to the correct address. She went above and beyond to make everyone happy. Margaret, you are awesome!!! Margaret and Darrin at Southern Roots Flowers & Gifts absolutely outdid themselves for my family and I this weekend. I had my Pooh bear themed baby shower Saturday and my daddy’s memorial this afternoon. They were very personable and went out of their way to make things extra special for me!!!!! I was greeted with smiles and compassion. They are located on Bethel right off of Highway 67 in priceville. Go check out their shop, or give them a call. You won’t regret it!

Their arrangements are beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have so much to choose from. They have helped me many times and a couple were spur of the moment, but they made it happen to my specifications. Great to work with and prices are reasonable. You won't regret giving them a try.
