Booking Policy

At Social Butterfly’s Tours and Travels, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience for our customers. Please review the following booking policy details:

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.
• Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Accepted payment methods include all major Credit/ Debit cards.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations can be made per each trip with Travel Insurance.
  • Please call the store for last-minute cancellations.
• Rescheduling: Please call for Rescheduling requests.
• Special Requirements: If you have any special requests or requirements (e.g., traveling restrictions, accessibility needs), please inform us at the time of booking.
• Changes by Us: In rare cases, we may need to modify or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund.
