I work at an office where flower deliveries are fairly frequent. Anytime an arrangement comes in that takes our breath away, it is from Wes's Flowers. They are unique and just plain beautiful! I have told my husband - only Wes's if he is going to buy flowers for me!

Stay far away from here unless you want your flowers to be delivered extremely late, and look like they just stopped at the local grocery store instead of taking the time to make a proper arrangement. Its evident that there was no care placed into offering the best service possible from this business. I was supposed to receive these flowers on 2/13 the day BEFORE valentines day. I did not receive my order until 2/18. You would think that a delivery that late would come with the BEST ARRANGEMENT you could make in your shop and the biggest apology for the inconvenience but that was not the case. If you want a business that puts effort into your order THIS IS NOT THE ONE. Find somewhere else. You're better off picking up flowers are the grocery store because they may as well have.

My Brother and sister-in-law sent me an arrangement for my 75th birthday. It arrived in only the glass vase no protective box or cellophane. I sent a picture thanking them and my brother called back immediately. It was not the arrangement they had ordered. My sister-in-law used a $15 credit along with $70 to order this arrangement. She said it came in three sizes and she bought the biggest size what I received was not 9 inches tall and look like it was missing flowers. My brother called the company and they assured him that I would be getting a new arrangement on my doorstep on Saturday. Saturday came and went no arrangement arriving. So he called again and talked to a manager on Sunday who said it would be on my doorstep Monday and that he would also give them a credit and a gift certificate for the mixup. Well, it’s Tuesday afternoon and I still have nothing. In my opinion, this is a theft of money or just a plain bait and switch these people apparently do not care what they put out as a product or in servicing their customers my sister-in-law has used them many times in the past at this point all I want is my sister-in-law‘s money returned to her. And I will be giving a review in every spot on the web that I can so no one else does business with group. I’ve seen better and prettier arrangements at the grocery store.

The costumer service was unbelievable! I gave the wrong address to deliver the flowers to. The driver drove all the way back with no hesitation. I felt so horrible in so many ways. The driver was so kind and his only concern was getting the flowers to the correct address on time for my Wife on her birthday! On top of all of this, the picture speaks for itself. Some of the most beautiful flowers, EVER! So grateful I will always order from them.

I must tell you. I did not know we had a flower shop in our city like this one. We'll organize. I even called and picked up. It's all legit. They usually take online orders, but the owner was kind enough to take mine over the phone. Man, people are so nice. You must buy from here. Highly recommended.
