Booking Policy

At Mystic Goddess Aura, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience for our customers. Please review the following booking policy details:

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the booking details.
• Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Accepted payment methods include all major Credit/ Debit cards.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • We do not allow for refunds, but do allow for one free reschedule if alerted of your  reschedule request 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. The funds from your purchase will be credited to the rescheduled appointment.

• Rescheduling: Please call the store for Rescheduling requests.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your booking duration may be shortened, and no compensation will be provided for lost time.
• Special Requirements: If you have any special requests or requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, accessibility needs), please inform us at the time of booking.
• Changes by Us: In rare cases, we may need to modify or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund.
