Booking Policy

At Max Beauty Retreat, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience for our customers. Please review the following booking policy details:

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the booking details.
• Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Accepted payment methods include all major Credit/ Debit cards.
• Cancellation Policy:
•  We charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48hours of the scheduled appointment. 
  • Free Cancellation Available
  • For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, no cancellation fee will be charged. 
• Rescheduling: Please call the store for Rescheduling requests.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your booking duration may be shortened, and no compensation will be provided for lost time.
• Special Requirements: If you have any special requests or requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, accessibility needs), please inform us at the time of booking.
• Changes by Us: In rare cases, we may need to modify or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund.
