When I received my Diamond Veneer earrings, I said WOW! The quality of the stone was amazing,I could not tell the difference between my real and diamond veneer. I purchased these for traveling purposes, as I did not want to risk losing my good earrings that I paid thousands for. My husband purchased a 3.5 carat loose stone for me. It is AMAZING, I could not believe the quality. I was so taken with the stone, that I conducted my own experiment with the local pawn shop. The owners of the pawn shop have been in business for over 35 years and have seen every type of precious stone there is to see. I took the stone in and hid the packaging because I did not want them to know it was a diamond veneer up front. I took the stone out and showed it to the wife and she immediate gasped. She said "THAT is one of the most beautiful diamonds I've ever seen" The husband immediate looked over at it and looked at me and said, "how much are you asking for it?" I told them I was looking to have it mounted, it wasn't for sale. "He smiled that perfect "trust me" smile at me and said, "are you sure?" I said yes. I then asked them to test it for me. She pulled out the tester and then the fun started. She kept touching it and it would not register, she looked at her tester and said, "the batteries must be dead." (By this time I'm smiling.) I told her to test her own engagement ring, which she did and it registered. She started to look puzzled and tested my stone again, at this point, I came clean and told her what it was. She was floored and had to take it and examine it with a jeweler's loop. Needless to say that I am more than thrilled with my stone from Diamond Veneer!
