My brother passed away last week. My sweet friend in Colorado sent me flowers from Blue Angel Pwky Florist. What they brought to my house was NOT what my friend ordered. BEWARE as there is a clause that states they can substitute. But substitute almost dead flowers!! Then the vase was beveled at the bottom so it wouldn’t sit level! THEN the card had fall leaves/theme. The card didn’t look professional at all and looked like a 5 year old had written it. My friend and I were very upset over this and all she wanted to do is make me feel better! Soooo be aware of this place. ***this is a reply to owners response: I’m sure my friend expected fresh flowers, a vase that could stand on its own, and something that at least resembled what was on your web site. To make matters worse the sympathy card included was fall-themed, which was completely inappropriate and insensitive for the occasion. The first picture was when the flowers were delivered ( I immediately sent the pictures to my friend in Colorado)…the 3rd picture was the day after delivery! NOT a week later. Every rose was dying and had to be pulled out. The very next day! It was all a hot mess and very unprofessional.

I ordered flowers for my friend in Pensacola, Florida, who had just lost her brother. I ordered it on a website flowers by Nora when she got the flowers. It was not what I ordered view. The flowers were dead. The card was written in handwriting like a five year-old on a card that was like for Thanksgiving tied with a cheap ribbon that you can buy at the dollar store, and the vase wasn’t even even would not even stand flat. I called this company. They said they couldn’t do anything about sending what I wanted, but they sent me their policy that if they don’t have the Flowers that they can replace them with other flowers. They did refund me $20. Apparently these flowers supposedly came from blue angel florist. I’m not sure what it has to do with flowers by Nora but if anybody reads this, please do not order on the website, it is a scam And I apparently got scammed. I’ve read some of the reviews and I wasn’t the only person that this happened to. I’m so sad that my friend got such ugly flowers and weren’t even what I wanted. I just wanted to make her happy.

After reading other posted reviews, I noticed that this owner does not take responsibility for any of her customers complaints. My complaint is similar to others. I have pictures that I won't post because it doesn't matter to the owner. But I literally returned the flowers to her shop, as well as the second batch that she tried to replace them with. I spoke to her and express that, in my lifetime I had never received flowers as awful as what was delivered to me. The flowers were delivered three days late they were dead and not fully filled in, literally unfilled patches also they were in a cheap plastic container. I told her that I couldn't imagine representing a business in that manner if I were her. But of course she does not take ownership and make excuses as it seems she does very well with others. I literally would not have even given her one star if I could, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone! I have received beautiful flowers from other shops around town . So please save your money and go elsewhere. Just mark my words she is going to have an excuse by blaming it on the delivery person , or some other delusional excuse for her response. As a matter of fact she told me that the delivery person said I indicate that the flowers were beautiful, which is a lie, I said no such thing. She called me and was very demeaning and condescending. And I asked that she not call me again. I want her to be blessed. Thank you, ✌

Husband ordered flowers for my birthday, and paid extra for a "rushed" delivery & stuffed animal. Was supposed to be delivered morning of March 29th, and was delivered after 9PM on March 30th. The vase has some gross splattered stain throughout the inside, and the vase was cracked. Not to mention there is price sticker residue as well (you couldnt take the 5 minutes to scrape that off?) Half of the water, of course, was not there due to the crack. The bow wasn't even attached, it was shoved into the bouqet, and it was a chopped up portion, tied together with some balloon string. The chocolates were stuffed along inside the bouqet as well, not attached to anything. Im assuming the chocolates were in place of the stuffed animal that wasnt received (cost difference I've yet to check.) For costing my husband over $100, I'd expect better than this. I love my husband, and I appreciate his effort, but this is an embarassment to the florist. You should have better communication, and supply better quality for the price you're charging. My sister owned and operated as a florist shoppe for over 30 years; and we as a family have always opted to go for small, local businesses as a priority choice - but this will be our last time. (Mothers Day this past year my husband had to cancel due to being late with this company - but he gave grace considering it was a busy holiday. ) I am only giving the one star because the flowers were in decent condition, but I will need to find an aternative vase now. New buyers heed and caution. I would call and communicate thoroughly prior - because this is just ridiculous. Unprofessional condition and almost 2 days late after paying for a "rush" order 2-3 days prior.

NO STARS! I ordered a BIRTHDAY Flower arrangement to be delivered to my sister on Feb 9 Monday. It never showed up on Monday. Today they finally delivered the arrangement with half dead flowers, left over Christmas ribbons and not even similar to the arrangement I ordered. On top of that the person delivering it said they stuck a stuffed animal in there to make up for it being late - A DIRTY stuffed animal. The delivery driver also flat out lied when she made excuses to my sister saying she couldn't understand the person that called to place order. The order was placed online. My sister knew it was a lie because I don't call people if I can avoid it. Also the card used was a child's valentines day card - again this was a BIRTHDAY gift. And to add final insult the ribbon used was tied to a STICK
