10 Hours of House Cleaning

Get ten total hours of professional house cleaning for $470. Additional time is available for $47/hour.   Recommended for homes between 4,000 and 5,000 sq. ft. 

Note appointments are usually 5 hours in duration with 2 cleaners. 

Included: Kitchen: Interior/exterior of appliances (fridge exterior only), hard surfaces, sinks, and floors. Bathrooms: Showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and floors. Bedrooms: Dusting of hard surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping. General Cleaning: Light switches, doors, trim, and sweeping/vacuuming of all floors. Trash Removal: Included as part of general cleaning.  

Excluded (available for an additional charge): Wall washing, furniture cleaning, dishes, or laundry. Window and screen cleaning.

Note: Each package refers to one-person labor hours (for example, a 10-hour package equals 10 hours of one cleaner or 5 hours with two cleaners).
