On the event day we are present 

Up to eight hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

• Directing the ceremony processional
• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
• Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
• Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
• Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
• Providing an emergency kit
• Returning all items belonging to wedding party to the assigned person
• Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

For locations more than 20 miles away from the NYC radius, a 60 cents per mile charge will be added to the package prices.

Hotel accommodation expenses may also be incurred for locations more than 25 miles away from the NYC.

* Assist Client with tracking vendor expenses.

* Distribute wedding day timeline for vendors.

* Could you contact vendors the week of the wedding to confirm previous discussions and verify all final details.

Wedding Rehearsal

* Ceremony rehearsal coordination.

* Organize wedding party for line-up and placement.

* Receive all personal items for the ceremony and reception (i.e., escort cards, guestbook, favors, etc.

* Final walk-through at reception and ceremony site.

Wedding day 

* Full-day wedding coordination: overall management of the wedding ceremony and reception for up to ten (10) hours on the wedding day.

*Access the bridal emergency kit if you need anything on the day of your event.

* Manage the event's timing with the wedding party, family members, and vendors.

* Distribute flowers to wedding parties and family.

* Place table centerpieces and décor as agreed upon in the

* Setup and prep favor, guest book, and gift tables.
